Nile Rodgers & Chic have revealed details of their first album in 25 years, “It’s About Time“.
The band’s ninth studio LP, due out on September 7th, features the likes of Anderson Paak, Nao, Craig David, Stefflon Don, Mura Masa and more.
Rodgers & Chic didn’t release the full tracklist yet, but they performed the album’s first single, “Boogie All Night” featuring Nao and Mura Masa, on Later… with Jools Holland. Watch the performance below!
On June 22, they will officially release another single from “It’s About Time“, “Till the World Falls“, featuring Mura Masa, Anderson Paak, Vic Mensa, and Cosha.
The seminal disco group has also shared the cover of the new album (on the right), which consists in a reinterpretation of the original debut album from 1977.
