Souldynamic have just announced their debut album titled ‘Origins‘, out on October via Tribe Records.
‘Origins‘ is the first full-length for the Italian house duo composed by Luca Ciotoli and Stefano De Magistris and it celebrates 10 years of Souldynamic’s career. Recorded during 2 years in their home town, Frosinone, the records include illustrious guests from US, Africa and Europe like Dana Weaver, Deborah Bond, Jocelyn Mathieu, Tamara Wellons, Mr V, Sabrina Chyld and many others and it was anticipated by videoclip from the single ‘Live Your Life’ ft. Dana Weaver (you can watch it below).
And besides the record, the duo had also the chance to launch their personal label, called Excedo Records.
“Origins is the result of Souldynamic’s 10 years old career in the House Music” Luca and Stefano says.
“We decided to wait a decade to release an album because we think an artist really need to be mature to do this important step in his career. A gem which taken 2 years of total dedication to get it done, we spent weeks recording with a lot of live instruments, like we never did before, and it was a really deep experience. Singers and Musicians really are the heart of this album which contains collaborations with vocalists from many different countries in the world.
In the LP we concentrated the whole experience in music production we accumulated in our life, including all the influences we have, from House of course to Soulful, Disoc, Jazz and Afro. We’re so glad names like Tamara Wellons, Deborah Bond, Wunmi, Jocelyn Mathieu, Dana Weaver, Miranda Nicole, Diviniti, Tumelo, Sabrina Chyld, Mr. V collaborated
with us on this, we couldn’t ask more in vocalists, working with some of these names is like realizing a dream. With this record we close an important circle, and we’ll open another one with the launch our personal label Excedo Records, to get some different ways. Origins, simply, talks about us, more than words.”
