Warner Music Group has reportedly purchased Spinnin’ Records along with its music publishing and artist management divisions, with sources valuing the deal at more than $100 million.
According to Music Business Worldwide, many huge music companies like Sony Music Entertainment and Believe Digital have been interested in buying the Dutch indie EDM record label, but Warner “emerged as the final suitor“.
Since it’s founding in 1999, Spinnin’ Records has released music from many mainstream EDM artists like Tiesto, Afrojack, Martin Solveig, Showtek, Armand van Helden, Martin Garrix and countless others.
