Renowned Taiwan podcast about techno, experimental and ambient music, Smoke Machine, is entering the world of labels.
The asian platform launched in 2009 with the purpose to represent Taipei subculture, art, and techno scene, until they starter to expand and start hosting their own events in Taiwan, of which Organik became the most succesful.
Lately they’ve also announced the intention to launch their brand new label, that will release soon its first compilation, featuring Blind Observatory, Dorisburg and Agonis.
Smoke Machine is also throwing parties for the launch of the new label, which will take place on May 3rd at Contact, Tokyo, on May 5th at Korner, Taipei and on May 12th at Vurt, Seoul, with line-ups including Barker, Steve Bicknell, Aurora Halal & Relaxer, Diskonnected and Dorisburg.
