The famous Electronic music school Dubspot, with campuses in New York and LA, has been accused of defrauding students and teachers. Over 55 of its students claimed that the school failed to provide classes that were paid for. Students also said that when they did manage to go to a class, teachers refused to teach because they had not been paid yet.

Testimonials among students who traveled to the US and even obtained student visas to attend Dubspot said they have spent upwards of $4000 in tuition.

Though Dubspot has since closed its two campuses without announcement or explanation, the school was reportedly collecting fees and accepting admissions until at least April of this year.

While some students have already won their cases in the courts, most of the students said they have yet to receive a response from staff regarding their refunds.
