Farrago Festival is a new international festival taking place across 2 days on August 18th and 19th. Hosted on the grounds of 13th century castle ruin in Pfaffenhofen (Kastl), Bavaria, South Germany, entertainment and camping will be provided for 700 people only. The festival is a collaboration of Berlin-based Sweat Lodge and the South German promoter and event series ÆTHER, supported by Manfredi Romano aka DJ Tennis with regards to the artistic direction of the festival.

With less than four weeks until the festival’s debut, organisers have released fresh images of the festival site and full details about travel and accommodation as well as running times for the full two-day line-up.

New to the international events calendar, it offers an intimate celebration of contemporary electronic music with the unique surroundings of a 13th century castle ruin with the likes of Mano Le Tough, DJ Tennis, John Talabot, Optimo, Marvin & Guy, Isolée (live), Honey Dijon, Baikal, The Drifter, Eric Duncan and Paul & The Hungry Wolf all set to play in the beautiful, leafy courtyard of Schweppermannsburg castle, providing a rare opportunity to experience artists of such stature in an intimate and unique environment.

Away from the dancefloor, festival goers can enjoy the stunning fields and forests that shroud the festival site, explore the beautifully restored castle ruins of Schweppermannsburg, savour culinary delights from a hand-picked selection of locally sourced food vendors and relax with ice-cold drinks under the shade of the old oak tree growing within the castle grounds.

Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, Farrago Festival provides the perfect chance to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy two full days of outstanding music amongst an international crowd of likeminded peers.
