British DJ and production duo Eli & Fur have released a new remix EP, titled Parfume (The Remixes).
Out now via Anjunadeep, the remix pack sees the deep and brooding “Parfume” from the duo’s acclaimed Night Blooming Jasmine EP receiving three, club-ready reworkings, courtesy of two of house music’s most in-demand remixers, Dosem and Athea.
According to a press release, “Dosem’s tough reworking of ‘Parfume’ displays the Spanish Producer’s love of the darker side of techno with its hypnotic and euphoric notes weaving perfectly with Eli & Fur’s delicate vocals to create a rich soundscape that was made for the dance-floor. Meanwhile, UK Producer Athea accentuates the shimmering bass layers of the original with ambient beats to create a dreamy, spellbinding cut perfect for both sunset and sunrise. Athea also delivers a Dub reworking, highlighting the carefully crafted and delicate notes that lie beneath the vocals.”
