South African DJ & producer, and winner of the Best Deep House DJ Award at the 2016 International DJ Awards in Ibiza, Black Coffee begins his first ever Ibiza residency this summer, taking over Saturdays at Hï Ibiza from 3rd June to 30th September.
The Dj confirmed his partecipation publishing a video on Instagram saying: “Ladies and Gentlemen! I’m proud to officially announce my Ibiza residency debut at @hiibizaofficial. Every Saturday from June till September. Ibiza Summers will never be the same!!”
Later last week Black Coffee posted a video teaser on his Facebook page, suggesting he’d be appearing at Hï throughout summer.
Black Coffee said: “Since the start of my career, I’ve been driven by the desire to share my taste in music and expose the world to the beauty of South African dance music. I believe that Hï Ibiza is the perfect place to do that. I regard Ibiza as the capital of the dance music world and I’m truly honoured to be part of the continuing legacy of the island.”
The island is readying to reopen its doors for the summer season with the brand new Hï Ibiza, the Ushuaïa-owned venue that’ll replace the former Space Ibiza building.
