The first round of names for the 2017 Cape Town Electronic Music Festival has been revealed. This year’s headliner will be Frank Wiedemann, who gives a live Âme performance, report Resident Advisor. Heidi and Dave Clarke will also make appearances, among some others including homegrown talents.

The annual event is gearing up for its sixth edition from February 7th to 12th, bringing artists from around the country and the globe to the South African capital for three days of workshops, followed by three days of music at Cape Town City Hall. This year’s headliner will be Frank Wiedemann, who gives a live Âme performance. Other international acts include Ninja Tune founders Coldcut, Stones Throw boss Peanut Butter Wolf, Ryan Hemsworth, Heidi and Dave Clarke. The list of homegrown talent is topped by Portable, AKA Bodycode, who will be joined by Jazzuelle, Jullian Gomes, Kid Fonque and Leighton Moody.
