Soho Radio, independent online radio station has a 24-hour marathon in agenda.
Artists will be recording music directly to vinyl, thanks to the bespoke vinyl cutting lathe which has been installed in the studio earlier this year. By doing this, the radio wants “to showcase the work of art that is cutting straight to acetate”.
Dennis Bovell, UNKLE, DJ Yoda, Andrew Hung, Nubya Garcia, Theon Cross, Kitty and Frank Turner are among the guests, who will play two tracks each.
