On August 14th Blubay Festival will host in two different stages ‘Luciano & Friends‘ and for the first time in Apulia Region the three kings of House music: Tony Humpries, Louie Vega and David Morales.
Luciano Cadenza has galvanized the electronic music scene on a global scale through his Cadenza imprint and the well-known ‘Luciano & Friends‘ parties. A leading tastemaker in techno and house since day dot, Luciano has provided various platforms to nurture up and coming talent across the board.
Tony Humphries became a New York City, US DJ in the early 1980s. He is considered one of the pioneers of house music and has been instrumental in spreading the genre on both sides of the Atlantic.
Luis Ferdinand Vega Jr., better known as “Little Louie” Vega, is a Grammy Award-winning DJ, Producer, songwriter, label owner & band and the godfather of global dance music. His style ranges from Latin to Salsa, afro-beat to jazz, hip-hop to classics and all forms of house/dance music.
Thanks to his remix/production work, David Morales was among the first DJs to actively tour the world. He is also known as one of the most versatile DJs currently on the scene and has remixed and produced over 500 releases for artists including Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Eric Clapton, Pet Shop Boys, U2, Whitney Houston and Jamiroquai.
The event will also host dj resident Paolo Mele, Maurizio Macri and Osvaldo Dell’Anna.
