Jamie xx has shared a new remix of The xx’s “On Hold”, the band’s lead single from their acclaimed third album “I See You“. It debuted on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show yesterday.
The remix comes with a video directed by Alasdair McLellan, who had previously directed the original’s music video.
“On Hold (Jamie xx Remix)” will be available soon on a 12” release, limited to 1,000 copies, including also Four Tet’s remix of The xx’s “A Violent Noise“.
