Hedkandi record label, approaching to its 20th anniversary, decided to relaunch their brand with a new all-female line-up.

The London-based label gained fame as a true dance powerhouse by hosting the most extravagant, uplifting global parties since it was launched in 1999.

To start this new chapter, Hedkandi decided to change the usual all male affair direction,  and chose as official brand ambassadors five ascending female talents from around the world: Jayli, Loéca, Lucid Stannard, Siggy Smalls and Storm.

Storm Mollison with her eclectic style and passion, Storm is tipped to be one of this year’s breakthrough artists. She’s British but spent most of her life in the U.S., she decided then to returned to London to immerse herself in the UK music scene, DJing her way around the city’s best music venues such as XOYO and Jazz Café.

Siggy Smalls started as an artists interviewer for Sony HQ, and then started her own weekly show on MEATtransMISSION playing the best in Disco/ Nu disco and vocal house. She now made herself a name playing at festivals around the world from Glastonbury to Burning Man to Tomorrowland.

Loéca gained popularity with her debut year as a Hedkandi Ibiza residents, but she got her first residency in Ireland at the young age of 14 working the club scene across the country until the age of 16. She’s known for her mix of soulful, deep vocal and Balearic house, heavy basslines and piano breakdowns.

Resident and founder of Lucy’s Disco, Lucid Stannard, she soon spread her wings by playing an array of genres from funk, jazz, disco, house, afrobeat and everything in between.

The Canadian Jayli grew up surrounded by the music, touring with her composer father since she was two. During her career she has supported the likes of David Guetta and Swedish House Mafia. She’s renowned to produce her own exotic, trap tinged and tropical beats.
