David Stubbs has announced his new book in which he analizes, the history and the evolution of electronic music, from early avant-garde forms, like the Italian Futurism, to modern day house and techno.
“Mars By 1980: The Story Of Electronic Music“, this is the title of the book, in 464 pages explores electronic music’s relationship to modern society.
The British music journalist and author David Stubbs is well-known for his previous books analysing krautrock, 20th century classical, Jimi Hendrix and Eminem.
Stubbs posted on his Facebook page how proud he is for this publication which will be out on August 2nd by Faber & Faber:
