The Bristol Artist Batu will debut on Hessle Audio with an EP, titled Marius, next month.
The label run by Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound is celebrating its tenth year in 2017. Marius is the first Hessle Audio record of the year, and it’s Batu‘s first for the label. The Bristol artist runs Timedance and he’s previously put out records on several outlets with ties to his home city, including Hotline Recordings, Cold Recordings and Livity Sound offshoot Dnuos Ytivil.
Hessle Audio describe his EP as “four tracks of driving percussion and oddball atmospherics.”
