After last year’s successful homeless dinner, Amsterdam Dance Event and 10,000 HOURS again team up for a charity project. This year the organizations #TAKEAUCTION to raise funds for youngsters with special needs.

After recent announcements about the Big Debate and ADE Dance & Brands we turn our focus to another special event.

A naked portray of Seth Troxler, life-size paintings of Oliver Heldens, Dyro and Showtek, a meet and greet withAngerfist and the famous ADE light cubes. To name a few items from the #TAKEAUCTION collection. As the name suggests #TAKEAUCTION is an online auction where fans and visitors can bid on items from their favorite artists while supporting charity.

With this campaign ADE and 10,000 HOURS raise funds for youngsters with special needs. While music lovers from all over the globe prepare themselves for a five-day party marathon, not everyone gets the chance to visit clubs and events. Youngsters with special needs like to party just like other youngsters but to do this they need a little help.

To give these youngsters the opportunity to enjoy music and the energetic and positive atmosphere we experience during ADE, 10,000 HOURS organizes in 2017 a festival tour completely adjusted to their needs.

But to make this beautiful event happen, the dance community needs to #TAKEAUCTION.

The last couple of months some of the biggest DJs, artists and dance organizations donated unique items and experiences to support our cause. At www.take-auction.org it’s now possible to bid on these items. Get your hands on guest list tickets for sold out events and venues like HYTE and Shelter, personal items from Oliver Heldens and Laidback Luke or invest in unique artwork from local artist STALE.

In addition to the online #TAKEAUCTION campaign the life-size paintings from STALE are exhibited at the Brakke Grond. All pieces are for auction.

The raised funds from #TAKEAUCTION are in its entirety donated to the 10,000 HOURS festival tour.
