Foom Music is releasing a new single from Javiera González‘s collaboration with Tobias Freund, The Beat Is On.
It’s the second record Chilean singer González has worked on with Freund, after the 2015 12-inch Meet Me Twice, which came out on the German producer and studio engineer’s Non Standard Productions label. This five-minute single involved another spontaneous approach, as González improvised her vocals in one take. On the flip is Ricardo Villalobos and Max Loderbauer, who squeeze a 15-minute version out of the original track.
