London venue’s fabric has announced joint venture with US event company Hard Times.
Celebrations will kick off on Saturday 3rd February, with Room 1 headlined by one of the most influential figures in House music history, Brooklyn’s legend Tony Humphries. Through his residency at the renowned Club Zanzibar, Humphries helped to spread Garage House, taking the sound from New York to clubs across the world.
The NYC Dj and producer is also an important part of fabric’s history: not only did he played at the nightclub’s launch party in 1999, but he was also one of the first to take over their mix series with his ‘fabric 04‘ compilation.
Joining Humphries on the night is Hard Times regular, remixer and label owner DJ Spen. Plus, Paul Woolford and Steven Dunn.
Room Two’s line-up will feature House and techno DJ/producer Cassy, fabric resident Terry Francis, and Bass Culture‘s boss D’Julz.
