Brooklyn’s private audio gallery Starvue will officially shut down on May 19th.

The small intimate venue was launched in 2015 and was appreciated for its audiophile soundsystem and guest artists like Eli Escobar, Tim Sweeney, Maria Chavez, Jex Opolis and Seb Wildblood.

Cecily Pinkerton, the owner of the club, said that she had to shut the doors because of financial limitations and the beginning of her grad school program.

Starvue will throw the closing party on the weekend of May 18th and 19th, featuring mysterious guests from Detroit!
