German duo Modeselektor are back in the music scene with a new single called “Kalif Storch”.

Out now, the new acid techno track is taken from their forthcoming ‘Modeselektion Vol. 04‘ compilation, set to land on June 1st via Monkeytown Records and Ninja Tune. It will feature cuts from the likes of Vatican Shadow, Skee Mask, rRoxymore, Solid Blake, Rødhåd, Sarah Farina, Peder Mannerfelt, Actress, and more.
“The choice of tracks is influenced by our thirst for effective dance music. After almost four years of touring with Moderat, we really felt the urge to dedicate ourselves again to what made us,” explain Modeselektor.
The new single “Kalif Storch” was named after a German nightclub of the same name in Erfurt. Listen to it below!
