NYC club icon Joe Claussell has a new remix on the way.
Set for release on January 19th through Gilles Peterson‘s Brownswood Recordings, the nine-minute remix titled “Yambú (Sacred Rhythm Mix)” features vocals by Cuban sensation Daymé Arocena.
Two versions of the track have already surfaced before: “Yambu (Daisuke Tanabe and Yosi Horikawa Remix)” for Peterson’s ‘Havana Cultura Anthology‘, and as a bonus track on a Japanese edition of Arocena’s 2017 album, ‘Cubafonía‘.
