Jamiroquai have announced their first album in seven years, Automaton and it will be released on March 31.
Their eighth record was teased with a clip titled Automaton Transmission 001 on facebook, and It’s already had more than one million views!
The music feels a bit sci-fi too, more inspired by Giorgio Moroder and Daft Punk than the ’70s funk and disco that fed into the band’s original shtick, when they blanketed the ‘90s airwaves with ‘Virtual Insanity’, ‘Cosmic Girl’, ‘Space Cowboy’ and the rest.
Tour dates have also been announced for 2017
