Last month, Dublin saw the launch of a new vinyl factory.
Based in Glasnevin, a residential neighbourhood of the Ireland’s capital, Dublin Vinyl is equipped with two WarmTone pressing machines and states to offer “some of the best quality vinyl on the market, both 140 gram and heavyweight 180 gram, coloured vinyl, picture discs, box sets, and an extensive range of packaging options.”
Lately, vinyl has been making a global comeback, attracting not only nostalgic older consumers but also younger generations. According to recent estimates, sales of vinyl keep growing in many parts of the world.
